Package Your Items

Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
